Involves Stage is constantly and automatically updated to develop new resources and provide improvements and fixings of unexpected issues on the system. We weekly release small patch updates and every two months we release a whole package for Web and App platforms.
Those updates happen every Sunday from 07 to 11 P.M., the only moment that our system could be offline for at least 15 minutes without impact on your operation. We hardly present any impact during the Web’s update. After its update you just have to login again.
If you have any question about your system’s update, you can submit a ticket with our Support team on our Help Center. On the page’s top bar, click on Contact Us . On the submission page, complete the fields:
- Ticket Type, selecting the option Request
- System’s URL, informing your Involves Stage’s project address.
- Subject, writing System’s Update
- Description, describing the reason of this request
- Attachments if necessary
