APPLICATION: The Survey History resource allows you to keep track of survey responses on the APP. Your field employees can view their own tasks and their supervisors can access their team’s history.

The Survey History resource allows your field team to view their own surveys responses on the APP. The employees can access the data of 30 surveys they responded to in the last 90 days. Therefore, they can track their own activities and map their productivity history.
You can grant access to the data on the Web following:
Menu > Surveys > Reports > Survey History
On this page you will find the list of surveys history of your operation. To add new content, click on New on the bottom right corner of the screen. On survey history details complete the required fields and then click on Save. All the information will be sent out to active sales reps on the field.

You can keep a survey history active or inactive on the system avoiding its deletion or loss of important data. However, to make it accessible to your field employees, the history should be marked as Active.
WHERE WILL IT BE SHOWN?
Here you can select where your employee can access the information on the App.
- On the side menu, clicking Menu > Information;
- On point of sale, clicking on the information icon next to the name of the POS.
Choose a name for your history. We suggest you use a name related to the content of the form.
Here you should include a description for the history.
HISTORY OF THE LAST DAYS
On this field you can select the period of the report. You can set it to up to 90 days.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SURVEYS
Indicate the number of surveys available for consulting (up to 30).
USER IS ALLOWED TO VIEW
Here you can select which type of response will be available to your employee, depending on whether they are:
- Sales Reps, only surveys they answered.
- Supervisors, all answers.
You should also indicate the form from which the survey history will be generated. If the chosen form isn’t linked to a point of sale, you won’t be able to select the on point of sale option on the where will it be shown field.
Attention: if you change the chosen form on this field in the future, all other data will be erased. And the inactive forms won’t be accessible on the survey’s history.
You can also specify which form fields you wish to see displayed. The Text, Planogram, Photo and Image format fields won’t generate any history. The inactive fields won’t be accessible to survey history.
Viewing reports on the App will depend on the permission definitions on the Sales Rep and/or Supervisor Access Profile. In: Permissions for Mobile Access Profile, select Active on the following fields:
VIEW ON APP
You can access and view the Survey History on the App in two ways. The first is accessing it through the POS Details resource. The other way is accessing the resource through the Information screen on: Menu > Information (on Android) and Profile > Information (on iOS).
All you need to do is select the name of the survey history to open it. A new screen will open showing the data in table format. If, per chance it does not load at the first time, click the refresh button or check if the employee has the access to the resource granted on their Access Profile.
