APPLICATION: The Survey’s History resource allows you to keep the surveys answers on track on the APP. Your field employees can view their own tasks and their supervisors have access of their team’s history.
The Survey’s History resource allows your field team to view their own surveys answers on the APP. The employees can access the data of 30 surveys they answered in the last 90 days. Therefore, they can track their own activities and map their productivity history.
You can include and permit these data allowance following this path on the Web:
Menu > Surveys > Reports > Survey History
On this page you can find the list of Surveys’ histories of your operation. To insert a new content, click on New on the screen’s bottom right corner. On Survey’s History Details complete the required fields and then click on Save. All the information will be sent and the active Sales Reps on the field will receive them on their App.
Check all the requirements needed in each field of this resource:
You can keep a survey history active or inactive on the system avoiding its deletion or missing any important data. Although, to make it accessible to your field employees, the history should be marked as Active.
WHERE WILL IT BE SHOWN
Here you can select where your employee can access the information on the App.
- On the Side Menu, clicking on Menu > Information;
- On Point of Sale, clicking on the information icon next to the POS name.
Choose a name for your History. It’s important to name it relating it to the chosen form.
Here you should include a description for this History.
HISTORY OF THE LAST
On this field you can select the period to be analyzed by the report. It’s possible to define it up to 90 days.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SURVEYS
Point the number of surveys available to consult. It’s possible to define them up to 30.
USER IS ALLOWED TO VIEW
Here you can select which answers will be available to your employee. Whether
- They are Sales Reps, Only Surveys They Answered.
- They are Supervisors, All Answers.
You should also inform from which form the survey history will be generated. If the chosen form isn’t linked to a point of sale, it won’t be possible to select the On Point of Sale option on the Where Will It Be Shown field.
Beware when changing the chosen form on this field in a next edition because it will erase all the other data. And the inactive forms won’t be accessible on the survey’s history.
You can also specify the forms’ fields, if you wan to exhibit some or all of them. The Text, Planogram, Photo and Image formats fields won’t generate any history. The inactive fields won’t be accessible to the survey history.
To view the reports on the App it will depend on the permits defined on the Sales Rep’s and the Supervisor’s Access Profile. In: Permissions for Mobile Access Profile, select Active on the following fields:
VIEWING ON THE APP
It’s possible to access and view the Survey History on the App in two ways. The first one is accessing through the POS Details resource. The other is accessing this resource through the Information screen on: Menu > Information (on Android) and Profile > Information (on iOS).
You just should select the name of the survey history to open it. A new screen will open showing the data in a table format display. If it won’t load at the first time, click on the refresh button or check if the employee has the resource’s access granted on their Access Profile.
