- We’ve enhanced our employees’ import template (8013)
Now the required fields are properly highlighted on their columns’ header. Besides changing its colors, we’ve also included tooltips and guidelines to help our user during its completion.

Now the required fields are properly highlighted on their columns’ header. Besides changing its colors, we’ve also included tooltips and guidelines to help our user filling them out to import their information.
- There’s a new window with tips and information about Supercategories (8206)
When accessing Supercategory page, a window will pop-up with tips and information about the correct usage of this resource besides presenting a link redirecting our user to our Help Center.

- We’ve added a new onboarding follow-up (8034)
Now it’s possible to track the client’s onboarding when they check this option on the checklist. Besides presenting Completion Date and number of registers, the checklist will also some options already selected by other project’s users who also are on their onboarding.
IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES
- We’ve fixed an issue on the Linked to the POS? filter on My Survey Photos page. (7960)

- We’ve fixed a behavior hindering an employee’s retroactive dismissal. (8219)
- We’ve improved the Assortment’s Strategy template. Now it’s possible to access a help link available on the first line of the spreadsheet. When clicking on it, you can download a .PDF document according to your language settings. (8243)
- We’ve fixed an issue when the user was trying to schedule tasks during an employee’s leave of absence period. Now, there’s a validation when adding a task to assure that the inserted scheduling date is posterior than the employee’s return date. (8256)
- We’ve improved the message displayed when it wasn’t possible to read the file’s fields during an import to guide our user to solve the related issues. Now the message is as follows: Unable to read the file. Check and remove cells with non-allowed values (eg. #N/A, #N/D) and try again. (8255)
- We’ve enhanced the returned error message when the user cleared an Assortment Strategy from a scheduling and tried to save it. Now the message displayed is as follows: You must import a Strategy to save the Scheduling. (8226)
- We’ve included the Employee’s ID field. Now it’s possible to add a shortcut to chat with your Sales Rep using the Employees’ list page on their mobile Productivity. (8197)
- We’ve fixed an issue hindering the system to load all the punched in and out records when exporting a punch register from the Clock-Ins and Outs page. From now on, the punch-ins and outs on the Integration Report will be exported registering different punches records. (8101)

- We’ve fixed an issue on POS Details page that was replacing the period (full stop marking) for a comma when the user created a customizable field and completed an email address when importing it. (7965)
- We’ve fixed a behavior on the Employee Details that was forcing a logoff on the employee’s system after scheduling their dismissal in a future date. The system now will abide by the inserted date. (7646)
