- We have created a new option on the list of types of excuses for no show called POS Unavailable. (3212)
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic some points of sale might be unavailable at the moment of the visit. If that happens, the employee can indicate the unavailability of the POS on the app.
- The weekly alert e-mail has got a new layout. (1927)
Now the alert highlights the information related to the count of alerts on the current and past week.
BUG FIXES
- We have fixed the name of some Brazilian cities and have included others that hadn’t been added to our database yet. (3036)
- The system tour messages have been improved: numbers have been added to the balloons on the guided tour, the system nows differentiates the guided tour for users with and without the success plan, and a Next steps button has been also added to the balloons. (1679)

Now when you access the system for the first time you will be greeted with our welcome message and will be introduced to the onboarding to begin exploring the system.
- New option for skipping steps on the Onboarding (9100)
Now you can skip steps on your Onboarding. To do that all you need is click the Skip this step button on the top right corner of the task screen.
- New window for concluding steps on the Onboarding (9112)
Whenever you finish all items in a given Onboarding step you will see a Task Conclusion window.

- Fixed: filter that synced Access Profiles selected on the registration of a Task scheduling which used to have a Form not linked to a POS. The user used to select the access profile on registration, but when moving forward to the Who will get the task page, the system wouldn’t show the correct list of employees with the selected access profile but other profiles. We have grouped the types of field on the questionnaire questions and changed a few words. Type is now Type of field; Text has been changed into Descriptive text; Image has been changed into Illustrative image; Planograms have been switched to Planogram; Alphanumeric is now Text; Enumerated has been changed into List of alternatives and Multiple choice is now Single choice.
- New filter shortcuts on the Operation monitoring page (8822)
Now you can use combined filters to have a better view of some of the most important points of your operation. You will find the three new shortcuts right above your list of employees. The first one combines alert filters with not on leave, not connected, without justification and with itinerary. The second shortcut combines the alert filters that include with itinerary and with justification. Finally, the third shortcut combines the alert filters including with itinerary and outside of visit.

Now, you can return to the assortment template tour from the pages for listing, creating and editing Schedules. The button is located on the top-right corner on both pages.
- New onboarding homepage
Now you have more than one option to learn about the Assortment. When clicking the Make a tour of the new Product Assortment! button and activating the onboarding, you can chose the usual option or by POS.
- New product Assortment by POS onboarding tour
Now, when choosing the Product Assortment by POS you have access to a new specific and less complex tour with specific examples of Assortment by POS.
