APP: The product offer at the points of sale can vary according to the strategy of each banner within a chain. Therefore, Involves Stage allows you to group product lines sold by banners. See how to do the registration.
Registration of the product assortment per banner can only be done when you already have the product portfolio registered at Involves Stage, as well as the chains and banners that are part of the operation.
Menu > Point of sales > Banners
When you enter the banner screen, all the banners already registered in the system are listed. Choose which one you will start assembling an assortment for.
- Select the banner by double clicking on it.
- On the new screen, if the option All product line? is selected, uncheck the box;
- At this point, the system will show all the product lines registered in the system;
- Select those that will make up the assortment for this banner.
All lines selected in this list will appear on the form opened by the field employee in the app after checking in at a POS.
If the form is not linked to a POS, it is not necessary for the employee to check-in at a POS to respond to the survey. In this case, the assortment configured by banner will not be applied, since the assortment is linked to the point of sale.
