When creating a ticket for the Involves Stage support team, you can track the status of your request and interact with the analyst in charge of the service directly through the Help Center, in the My Requests menu.
In it you have access to the ticket history, the requests in which your user is copied in and those created by your company. On this same page you can indicate that you want to receive a copy of all e-mails exchanged between your company and the support team.
To do this, simply access the Organization's requests tab and click on the Continue button, next to your company's name. Done! From now on you will receive all e-mails to update the requests created in your operations.
