Update

Involves Stage has constant, automatic updates for developing new features and correcting unexpected system behavior. Every week, versions with minor changes are released and every two months a complete package of the Web and App platforms is released.

The updates take place on Sundays, from 7 pm to 11 pm, during which time the system can be offline for 15 minutes, without major impacts. The apps are also updated on weekends, but only when there is a new version.

On the Web platform, the impact of the update is very subtle. After the process, you will need to enter your login again. In the app, your field team receives a notification on the mobile device´s screen, simply click on the Install button.

The app is updated normally and very quickly and does not compromise the activities of your employees. If the user clicks on cancel, the system will not be updated and critical errors may continue to occur, impairing your operation. In this case, a forced update of the app is necessary.
