|👉 Development of the Involves Stage iOS app ended on August 26, 2020 and resumed in early 2022. The app is being updated and new releases are being generated. We are working hard to bring the same experience from the Android app to the iOS app!|
First of all, get your phone. It’s easier to follow the tutorial and execute the instructions on the phone at the same time. In fact, your phone is now a key work tool. When you leave your home to work, always take your work phone fully charged with you.

HOW TO INSTALL
In order to install Involves Stage you must download the app. To do that, copy the url below on the browser you use on your phone. That way you’ll access the your company app on the latest version available for your system.
On the download page you will find information on how to install the app and the minimum system requirements to use it.
After downloading the app via browser you will see the icon on the list of downloads. Touch the icon and then touch Install on the confirmation window. Wait for installation to be concluded. When you click on the app you may see the message Untrusted Enterprise Developer. In order to solve that, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings;
- Click on General;
- Go to Devoice management;
- On the list of apps click on Involves Ltda - EPP;
- After that, click on Trust “Involves Ltda - EPP”.
That’s it! The app is up and running. There may be occasions where the operational system will warn you and block the internet data usage of your Involves Stage. If that happens, the app will work operate offline, but it won’t be able to sync new data to the web system. In order to solve that, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings;
- Click on Cellular;
- In Cellular data keep Involves Stage active.
HOW TO USE
The first time you use the app you need to type in your domain and click Next.
After that enter your username and password and click enter.
The next time you turn your device on, the app will start automatically. You should do that at the beginning of your workday. Make sure you are connected to the internet so that all information can be synced.
When you try to log in, you may receive error messages about password, schedules and leaves-of-absence. If that is the case, contact your supervisor.
iOS updates happen automatically. When you receive an update notification, tap on Install and continue your work normally, since the update is applied without interfering with the App's functions and no data is lost if you have stable internet connection.
If you cancel the operation, the system will not be installed. That may affect usability and cause problems in the app. To receive the notification again, talk to your supervisor.
