USE: Your registration in the system is processed after you are done organizing your product portfolio into supercategories, categories, product lines and SKUs (optional). There are two ways you can add data to Involves Stage: manually and batch import via template. Registering products is a required step before you create your forms. The surveys sent to the field team are usually based on the products listed while creating forms. After you are done organizing your product portfolio into supercategories, categories, product lines and SKUs you can proceed to registering in Involves Stage. There are two ways you can add data to Involves Stage: manually and by batch import via template.
MANUALLY ENTERING PRODUCTS
Manual registration of products is done on the Web. Follow: Menu > Products
This way products are added individually by steps. Each level of the structure is registered on a different page, in a specific order (since they are directly linked and follow a hierarchy).
The order of registration is shown below. For more information on each access the corresponding articles:
- Registering supercategories
- Registering categories
- Registering brand (own or competitors’)
- Registering product line
- Product (SKU)
IMPORTING PRODUCTS
If you wish to register your products by importing them you must follow two steps:
The first is done on the path Menu > Products > Product Line . Where you can register:
- Supercategory
- Category
- Brand
- Product line
The second is done following Menu > Products > SKUs. Here you will register SKUs only. Remember that the structure of your portfolio does not need to include SKUs.
