When registering or editing an Access Profile, you will define permissions that will impact the use of Involves Stage’s for all system users, whether from the Back office team or the field team. Learn more about the concept of each type of permission:
ACCESS TO DASHBOARD
Access to charts and graphs for monitoring your operation. Dashboard can be accessed on the Web home page. Companies usually allow this information to be accessed only by management profiles. Field team users don’t have access to these charts.
SHOW OPERATION INDICATORS ON DASHBOARD
The operation indicators are the first four panels displayed on the dashboard. Just like the total access to the dashboard, these indicators are usually accessible to profiles responsible for monitoring the field team, like supervisors and the Back office team.
ACCESS TO CHAT
Allows user access to the chat resource. Still, the list of users available to chat with will depend on other permissions.
CHAT WITH OTHER REGIONALS
When active, the employee with this access profile will be allowed to message their colleagues from other regionals. When inactive, the chat will only work with colleagues within the same regional. ,Access profiles of management positions usually have this resource active but operational profiles don’t.
For instance: If a Sales Rep hasn't been granted access to chat with other regionals, but a Salesperson has, the salesperson could chat with sales reps from other regionals, though only when they start the interaction. The sales rep, in turn, won’t be able to start a chat with a salesperson from another regional.
CHAT ONLY WITH EMPLOYEE'S MACRO REGIONAL
When active, the employees with this access profile will be allowed to message colleagues from other teams within the same macro regional.
CHAT ONLY WITH SUPERIORS
When active, these access profiles will only be able to chat with employees from hierarchy levels higher than their own. This option allows employees to chat only with their superiors but not between one another.
ACCESS TO MONITORING
This option is related to the information displayed on the Dashboard, Operation Indicators and the Communication and Monitoring menu. These functions contain data such as employees GPS location, status (online or offline) among other indicators. This option is usually active for management profiles.
MONITORING BY HIERARCHY
This option correlates to the previous one and restricts access to monitoring data to employees from hierarchic levels lower than that of the ones able to edit them.
ACCESS TO MESSAGE HISTORY OF ALL EMPLOYEES
This option lets the user view messages exchanged between employees of the same hierarchic level. When active, the access profiles of superiors will also have access to their subordinates' message history.
LIMIT MOBILE ACCESS TO ONE DEVICE
By default, the App only works in one mobile device at a time. The model of the device is linked to the system on first logging in. When active, if a user tries to sign in on another device, their access will be blocked. When inactive, they will be able to sign in on other devices, but not simultaneously.
