If you are accessing the system for the first time you will need to use the username and password provided to you by the Involves Stage implementation team. If you already have your username and password but have forgotten either, you can recover access on the login page. To do that click I Forgot my password.
On the next page enter your email and click Recover your Password. Wait for the confirmation message.
Check your inbox and open the e-mail sent by the system. Don’t forget to check you spam mail. Click (or copy and paste) the link on the e-mail. Keep in mind that the link will expire in 15 minutes.
Back on Involves Stage, fill out the new password, confirm it, and click Create Password. Wait for the confirmation message. That’s it! Your password has been altered!
