Involves Stage offers several reports to track the performance of your retail execution operations. With them you ensure greater agility, track your goal more safely and make decisions based on real information that is always up to date.
The synchronization of data between the app and the Involves Stage Web system depends on whether the app is connected to the internet. If you are online, the data is synchronized every five minutes, which ensures that the information is updated in real time.
The main indicators of Involves Stage are right after you login to the system, on the Dashboard. The initial panel allows various reports to be created and tracked based on survey data, in addition to offering 21 native indicators and numerous configurable ones.
The Survey Panel combines all the information from individual tasks and those scheduled by the system. In it you check the status of each appointment and information reported by the App. In addition, you can view individual information for each survey, in addition to being able to reschedule surveys, import and export records.
With the Survey answers feature, it is possible to quickly and easily access all survey answers sent by the field team, whether task answers or reported information. Analysis of the data can be filtered by several parameters and it is also possible to generate reports and export them.
In Survey photos, you can view and manage all the photos sent by the field team through surveys. These photos are combined onto a single page, making it possible to extract reports, insert tags, display them on slide shows and export images.
You can also track your team's survey answers by comparing different regions where you have operations. With the Geomarketing ™ feature, you can view surveys on geographic maps, by city and by state.
In tracking goals , you can closely observe the performance of your employees in relation to the objectives defined by the company. The report generated by the feature helps to visualize the results obtained from the survey answers sent by the field team more objectively.
With the Perfect Store feature you create retail execution strategies based on the field team´s score. With the dashboard feature, it is possible to measure and analyze your operation based on the scope of price, presence, share and additional display point at points of sale.
The OLAP Report feature is a tool that consolidates the data collected by Involves Stage. In the form of graphs that generate and cross-check various information, the reports offer a strategic overview of your company's operation. Once configured, they can also compose a list of indicators on your dashboard for display and tracking.
Involves Stage allows you to track all visits made by the field team that have defined routes. In the Visits panel feature, detailed information about expected arrival and departure times, check-in and check-out times, information about the POS and justifications for absences is presented.
The Visits panel feature also offers the possibility of downloading detailed reports about the visits made by the field team. Among them, a Management report, with the opportunity to choose from 46 information fields.
To track scheduled visits to a specific employee or point of sale, Involves Stage also allows you to filter this data. Just use the system's dynamic filters while still in the Visits Panel feature.
With the Status Day feature, you have detailed access to the data and graphs of the field employee's day-to-day activities. The page generates an activity panel that is constantly updated, with statistics and graphs of the daily routine, in addition to generating consolidated reports for auditing your company's operations.
If your operation works with survey alerts - created and configured so that the tasks sent or information reported generate a notification or action - you see them in the Survey alerts status feature. There you can view, change the status and export the alerts generated by the system.
Involves Stage allows you to track your team's productivity index through indicators of operating time in the field. With the Productivity report feature, you can see the evolution of your operations by comparing periods and analyzing the average visit time at each point of sale and the average time spent on each survey.
One of the main features of Involves Stage is the creation and administration of itineraries for employees who are part of the field team. In addition to this, the system also records any changes made to the itineraries, periodic and scheduled itinerary in the Itinerary changes history.
In addition to the activities performed by the field team, the employee can register their daily mood in the Involves Stage app, under the How I am feeling feature. The information registered by employees is automatically synchronized with the system and their mood answers can be tracked through reports.
You can also track the frequency of visits and idleness of the points of sale registered in your operations. This information is also available on the initial dashboard, but it is always important to track which POSs can best be used.
When importing data into the system, Involves Stage may encounter problems filling out the template. In this case, the system will generate an error report. This information is stored in the Import history feature. In it you can find the report of all imports made in your company´s project, with the number of successful submissions and errors.
You also have control over employees hired in your operations. With the Employee hiring History feature, you access the hiring and firing data, in addition to configuring hiring and export alerts for this information.
