Product Mix in Task Scheduling

The Product Mix allows you to centralize the relationship between products and POS locations during task scheduling.

For users who schedule tasks using POS segmentations.

Expected result: configure different products for different regions and chains within the same schedule.

Step-by-step

1. What is the Product Mix in Task Scheduling?

The Product Mix was created to make your scheduling routine easier and reduce the number of entries.

It allows you to eliminate the need to define the mix through flags and regions, centralizing the relationship of which products belong to which POS locations.

With this feature, it is possible to define which POS segments should receive tasks, and for each segment, which products should be answered.

Example

Let's suppose you want to create a price task for two regions and a specific chain.

In the São Paulo region, in the Estrela Dalva chain, you want responses about the following products:

  • 150g Cookie
  • 100g Cracker

In the Rio de Janeiro region, in the same chain, you want responses about these products:

  • 150g Sweet Cookie
  • 300g Cookie

Using the Product Mix you can make these two configurations through a single scheduling!

You must inform the system of all these configurations at once.

2. How to activate the mix in scheduling?

Activate the mix during the creation of your schedule.

On Stage Web:

  1. Access Menu > Surveys > Task Scheduling.
  2. To schedule a new task, click the New button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. On the Task Scheduling page, the settings for "Send tasks to" must follow one of these options:
  • All selected POS locations
  • All Routes
  • Only POS locations with routes

When selecting one of the above options, the Product Mix will be available on your page, in the field Do you want to use the Product Mix?.

With your scheduling information filled out, activate the mix by clicking the Yes button.

Attention

  • The option to allow selecting items will no longer be available
  • The recipient selection options on the second tab will be different
  • The old mix format (by flag or region) will not work for these schedules

After configuring the first tab, click Save and Continue to proceed with the process.

You will be directed to the second scheduling configuration screen, where you can click Choose a Product Mix to link it to your schedule.
