Before You Start
Before filling out the template, make sure that:
- The products are registered in the system;
- The points of sale (POS) exist in the environment;
- The segmentations have already been configured.
Template Structure
The template consists of the following groups of information:
- Assortment Name
- POS Name
- POS Segmentation
- Product Portfolio

Mix by POS
Use this configuration when each POS has specific products.
How to Fill
- Fill the POS Name column with the names of the points of sale.
- Do not fill the segmentation columns.
Multiple POS with the Same Mix
If more than one POS has the same product mix, add them in different rows within the same assortment.
⚠️ Attention
You cannot mix POS and Segmentation in the same assortment.
Use separate assortments for each configuration.
Mix by Segmentation
Use segmentation to apply the mix to groups of POS with similar characteristics, such as region or brand.
How to Fill
- Choose a segmentation criterion (example: South Region);
- Do not fill the POS Name column;
- Add the desired segmentation conditions.
Rules and Validations
Import Validations
- POS or Segmentation not found: if an entered name does not exist in the system, an error will be displayed.
- Do not mix POS and Segmentation in the same assortment: the system will indicate an error during import.
- POS or Segmentation must be filled: the mix needs to be linked to a point of sale or segmentation.
The error examples below follow this logic:

Review the names of POS, products, and segmentations before importing.
Any discrepancies may prevent the mix from being registered.
Product Hierarchy
The template filling must respect the hierarchy configured in Involves Stage.
💡 Important
If the chosen hierarchy is Product Line, also fill in Brand and Category.

Can I mix POS and Segmentation in the same file?
No.
Each type of configuration must have a separate assortment.
What happens if a POS does not exist?
The system will display an error during template import.
Can I use more than one segmentation?
Yes.
