Product Assortment Maintenance

I WANT TO EXCLUDE A PRODUCT ASSORTMENT, HOW DO I DO IT?

To remove a Product assortment, select the Product Assortment you want to remove and use the Delete button in the lower right-hand corner . If you remove a product assortment that is linked to a scheduling, the tasks will not be generated, even though the scheduling is still active.

WHAT ABOUT IF I WANT TO EXPORT MY PRODUCT ASSORTMENT?

To export the Product assortment, select Export Product Assortment, inside the Options menu, in the lower left-hand corner. This action allows you to examine your Assortment, edit it, and if you wish, import it again.

CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCT ASSORTMENT?
Yes! To make changes to the Product assortment, you need to perform another import. To add new assortments, we can import as normal. To change information for an assortment that already exists, you need to click on the icon just below the Download template button:

When importing using the overwrite option, all items will be affected.

Let´s suppose you want to make the following changes to Assortment example 2:

• I want to add the item Cookie 100g
• I want to remove the item Cookie 300g
• I want to change the Estrela Dalva chain to Estrela Cadente

To make these changes, you must open the import, select the option Overwrite and add a file just with the changes. The template will look like this: 

When the file is imported, the system will assess whether there is already an Assortment with a repeated name. If so, it will remove the old data and add the new data, integrating the changes with the existing Assortment.

CAN I CHANGE THE OBJECTIVE OF MY PRODUCT ASSORTMENT?

Yes! To change, select the Product Assortment and then click the Edit button, in the lower right-hand corner. You will be redirected to the registration screen, then simply choose one of the options in the field The product assortment will be defined from among the options listed.

This will display a warning message and an option to confirm the change. But remember that by changing the Assortment´s objective you will lose the data imported from it and you will have to import it again.
