Involves Stage Web is the interface where you can manage and monitor your company's operation. It allows you to store, view and manage data collected by the field team and it can be accessed by all users if permissions are enabled on each employee Access Profile.
The interface will be used by the back office team - system admins, managers, and project leaders - to manage the field team and the information they gather. With Involves Stage Web you can create itineraries and survey forms, analyze data and reports, and monitor and manage your team location.
Your company will receive an exclusive link to access Involves Stage Web. With this URL you can interact with the system from any browser and device connected to the Internet:
When opening the URL on your browser of choice, the home page is the login screen. On your first access you must enter the username and password provided by the Involves Stage's implementation team.
If you are already a registered user but don’t remember your password, click on I forgot my password to reset it. The login page also shows the current version of your system and the latest version available. Learn how to update your system.
The first page after logging into the system lets you choose your operation environment. Each environment contains its own operation, with unique employees, points of sale and forms.
