Involves Stage Web is the interface where you can manage and monitor your company's operation. The data collected by the field team is stored, viewed and managed in this interface, and can be accessed by all users, as long as the permissions of each employee are set in their respective Access Profiles.
The back office team - system administrators, managers, and project leaders - will use this interface, managing the field team and the information collected by them. With Involves Stage Web, you can create itineraries, survey forms, analyze data and reports, and manage the team’s location.

To access Involves Stage Web, your company receives a unique link. You can interact with the system, from any browser and device connected to the Internet, through this URL:
When opening the URL on your favorite browser, the home page is the login screen. If you’re accessing the system for the first time, you must enter the username and password provided by the Involves Stage's implementation team.
If you are already a registered user but don’t remember your password, click on the link I forgot my password to reset it. The login page also shows the current version of your system and the latest version available. Learn how to update your system.
The first page after logging into the system lets you choose the project of your operation. Each project contains its particular operation, with unique employees, points of sale and forms.
