APP: With the Status Day feature, the back office team has detailed access to the data and graphs of the field employee's day-to-day activities. The page generates an activity panel that is constantly updated, with statistics and graphs of the daily routine, in addition to generating consolidated reports for auditing your company's operations. PREREQUISITES: Communication and monitoring. |
One of the many tools for auditing and monitoring your operation offered by Involves Stage is the Status Day feature. On this page, it is possible to monitor the field employees´ activity panel, which is constantly updated with statistics and graphs of their daily routine, in addition to generating consolidated reports of the operation.
The feature is accessed using the path: Menu > Communication and Monitoring > Status Day
At the top of the page, you will find survey filter options that can be used to find specific employees to monitor.
Right underneath is the list of employees, with the following information:
- Reference date, with the actual date.
- Mobile active?, with information on if the app was active during the day.
- Active login?, with information on if the app was online during the day.
- Survey was answered?, with information on the survey answers.
- With itinerary?, if the employee has an itinerary on that day.
- Finished every Itinerary?, with information on if the itineraries of the day were completed.
- Total itineraries, with the total number of itineraries scheduled for the day.
In the footer of the page, there is the Options menu, where you can export two reports:
- Operation Report: It presents 37 fields with information about the last day worked by the employee, with data about the itinerary, accesses, check-ins, logins, battery level, surveys, itineraries, time worked, visits, absences, messages, survey photos, and leave.
- Status Report: It shows the compliance status of the itineraries, making it easy for the entire field team to read them on just one spreadsheet. In this document, justified visits that have been approved are counted as completed visits.
The Status Day feature also displays the individual data of each employee. To access the Activities Panel and the Statistics of the Day for each user, double-click on the employee's name or single-click and then click on the Visualize button, in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
You will be taken to the employee's statistics and graphs. On this new page you can see the name and position of the employee as well as a calendar, with the possibility of viewing statistics from another date. The page has two tabs, see the details of each one below:
ACTIVITIES PANEL
In the Activities panel you can monitor the Timeline of the employee, with the time stamp of all the activities carried out on that day. The activities are presented in chronological order, and those above the red line are those that were done within a point of sale.
Next to the timeline you will see a map with the route your field employee will take during the day. It also shows the estimated mileage and time of the itinerary. All the points of sale included in the itinerary are registered in color, signaling if they were visited or not, if they were justified, or if the check-in was done manually or automatically.
STATISTICS OF THE DAY
On the Statistics of the Day tab, you can see the detailed information of the current day, presented in tables and graphs. You can also filter the day and select a retroactive one. This data helps in the performance evaluation and provides management information about absences and leaves of absence.
In the General Information table, you will find the following data:
Mobile Login? |
This field tells you whether the user has had a connection to the Involves Stage server at some point during the day. If yes, it means that they have been online and synchronized information. If no, it means that they were offline during the day. Remember that Involves Stage allows the app to work even without an internet connection, so the employee can carry out tasks and visits even when offline and the field is showing that a login was not made. |
Active Mobile? |
This field contains information on whether the employee's access to the App is enabled. Remember: access to the app is defined in the registration of the employee. |
On leave |
If the employee is on leave, the status is indicated as yes. If the employee is working as normal, the status will be indicated as no. |
Reason |
If the employee is on leave, the reason is indicated in this field. |
Total Time Online |
This field shows the time the employee was online on the app during the day. |
Total Messages |
The number of messages exchanged on the chat is also counted. Remember that the chat is enabled in the registration of the employee. |
Surveys |
This field shows the total number of surveys answered by the employee during the day. |
Reported Photos |
The number of photos entered in the reported tasks and activities are also counted. |
In the Battery Level table, there is a graph of the battery level of the employee's device over time:
Under Work Time, two graphs are shown. One of them with the check-in and check-out data informed by the employee, and the other with the data informed by the GPS of the device. With this information, it is possible to identify divergences between the generated data.
Similarly, the Itinerary Compliance chart compares the total number of visits to points of sale - with statistics of visited, pending and justified POS - reported by the manual check-in and the one reported by the GPS of the device.
In the Survey table, a graph is shown with the evolution of completed and pending scheduling, with an expiration date on the day.
The page also features the Itineraries of the Day table, where you can see a list of all the points of sale that have a visit planned.
Each POS can be viewed individually by clicking on the arrow next to the name of the store. To view more information about the visit, click the See Visit Data button.
You will be taken to the Visit Data page, with information only for the selected point of sale. Planned and completed check-in and check-out data, total tasks carried out, point of sale information, and answered surveys are presented. On this page you can even register the employee's entry and exit at the point of sale for registration purposes. However, the system does not accept the registration for visits that can still be made.
To return to the previous feature, just click the Status Day button at the top of the page.
