Visits for today

Involves Stage allows you to track all visits made by the field team that have defined itineraries. In the Visits Panel feature, information about check-in and check-out times, absence justification and management reports are presented. In addition, you can check the number of photos taken, the total time the employee spent at the point of sale, justifications and delay time, etc.

But how can I monitor visits for the day? Start by accessing the Visits Panel feature using the path Menu > Itineraries and Visits > Visits Panel.

EMPLOYEE VISITS

To monitor the scheduled visits for a specific employee, go to the search filters at the top of the page and select the Employee and Period filters. Once they are displayed, search for the name of the employee you want to monitor and in the period fields, select the current date on both.

VISIT DATA

After filtering by employee or point of sale, click on a visit and you will be taken to the Visit data page. The page shows detailed information about:

  • Justifications, if the employee visited the point of sale or not. In this section you find the justification type, notes, date, status, and photo, if they have attached one.
  • Visit information, which compares all the times recorded by the system, such as the expected check-in and check-out times for the point of sale. The registrations entered by the employee, the automatic GPS log.
  • Information about the POS, with registration data of the point of sale;
  • Check-in and Check-out, with the time registered both manually and by GPS;
  • Completed Surveys, with the list of tasks answered by the employee.

On this page, you still have two more options for analyzing the data. At the top of the page, you will see the Status Day link for the employee, with detailed access to data and graphics from their day-to-day work in the field. You can also click on a completed survey and access the Survey Details page, with all the information about it.
