After preparing and registering a strategy, you can, in addition to tracking your strategies, edit the information you inserted. On the Strategy list page, you can edit pillars, scoring rules and conditions. To open the strategy editing page, access the path:
Menu > Perfect Store > See strategies
You will find the view strategies button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. And then you will access the following page:

To edit the pillar information, either to add or remove rules for example, you must click on the arrows next to each pillar.
An important point to consider is that when you create your rules or pillars, you fill out the entire step by step so that there are no inconsistencies. Otherwise, you will not be able to view the scores.
When the rule or pillar is incomplete, the following error message may be displayed:
In order for the strategy to score in this case, you must edit your scoring rules and conditions. To do this, simply click on menu and, after, on Edit. You will be redirected to the first page, regarding the scoring rules:
TIP: The inconsistency alert can also identify that only one rule in the pillar is not scoring. However, if the other rules in the pillar have the imported conditions, they are active and collecting data. |
After editing your rule, you must click Save scoring rule. After saving, you will be redirected again, but now to the Scoring conditions page:
