APPLICATION: The Perfect Store resource allows you to design strategies for your Retail Execution in accordance with the points scored by your field team. The score, designed to support your operation, results from the answers given by your employees during their surveys. PRE-REQUIREMENTS: Creating a Form, Surveys Pane, Surveys Answers. |
The Points of Sale score calculated by the Perfect Store resource, results from responses given by your field employees to surveys. And this score should be planned according to the fluctuations of the compliance level of your company’s retail execution strategy.
The first step to start using the Perfect Store is to make sure all basic registers were correctly registered and that they meet the necessary info to be measured by this resource.
- Check Points of Sale Details, such as Chain, Banner, Type, Profile, Regional and POS Channel to ensure their accordance with the proposed segmentation.
- Check Products Details, such as Supercategory, Category, Brand, Product Line and Products (SKU) to guarantee they were correctly registered on your portfolio in order to meet the defined conditions.
The following step is to adapt or create new forms to meet your execution guide. They should follow some requirements in order to score correctly on Perfect Store.
FORM OBJECTIVE
When defining a new form, make sure to select the option Related to the POS on the Form Objective section, to automatically link the survey to the POS checked into by the field employee.
It’s also important to link your form to a level of product structure. On the Objective field, select the options Supercategory, Category, Brand, Product Line or Product (SKU). In order for this resource to be able to identify the survey, it’s essential to provide that information.
QUESTIONNAIRE
Keep it in mind that this resource is supported by four pillars: Pricing, Presence, Share and Extra Point. Therefore, it’s possible to use or adapt a form you already use during your operations on this new resource following the Questionnaire Settings:
PRICE
With the goal of measuring whether the price asked by the point of sale is within expected limits, the form should contain question fields with whole number and decimal number formats.
Keep in mind that these formats will require a max and minimum number of figures so your Perfect Store score conditions will follow this requirement as well.
PRESENCE
With the goal of checking if a certain amount of items are available on each point of sale, the form should contain question fields with the Checkbox, Alphanumeric and Multiple Choice formats.
SHARE
With the goal of checking and securing a product’s visibility on the point of sale, the form should contain question fields with the whole number and decimal number formats.
Keep in mind that these formats will require a maximum and minimum number of figures so your Perfect Store Score conditions will follow this requirement as well.
EXTRA POINT
In order to check your additional display points, the form should contain question fields with the Checkbox, Alphanumeric and Multiple Choice formats.
