The first step to start using the Perfect Store is assuring if all of the basic registers were correctly registered and if they meet the necessary info to be measured by this resource.
- Check the Points of Sale Details, such as Chain, Banner, Type, Profile, Regional and POS Channel to certify their accordance with the proposed segmentation.
- Check the Products Details, such as Supercategory, Category, Brand, Product Line and Products (SKU) to certify if they were correctly registered on your portfolio to meet the defined conditions.
The following step is to adapt or create new forms to meet your execution guide. They should follow some requirements in order to score correctly on Perfect Store.
When defining a new form, certify to select the option Related to the POS on the Form Objective section, to automatically link the survey to the POS checked-in by the field employee.
It’s also important to relate your form in a products structure level. On the Objective field, select the options Supercategory, Category, Brand, Product Line or Product (SKU). In order to this resource be able to identify the survey, it’s essential to provide the information aforementioned.
Keep it in mind that this resource works supported by four pillars: Pricing, Presence, Share and Extra Point. Therefore, it’s possible to use or adapt a form you already use during your operations on this new resource according to the following Questionnaire Settings:

The form intended to check if a determined amount of items are available on each point of sale should present in its questions fields the Checkbox, Alphanumeric and Multiple Choice formats.
The form intended to check and assure a determined product’s visibility on the point of sale should present in its questions fields the whole number and decimal number formats.
Keep in mind that these formats will require a max and minimum number of figures so you Perfect Store Score conditions shall follow this requirement as well.
The form intended to check your additional displays points should present in its questions fields the Checkbox, Alphanumeric and Multiple Choice formats.
You also should set the Access Profile of all the users able to define strategies and monitor the points of sale through our app.
For your back-office team, please access the Access Profile page and in Permissions for Web Access Profile, search for Perfect Store resource and select one of the options:
- No Access, if you don’t want the user to edit or view the defined strategies.
- Read, if you want to concede the user only access to this resource’s dashboard.
- Write, if you want the user to be able to define and edit strategies.
For your field team, please access the Access Profile page and in Permissions for Mobile Access Profile, search for Perfect Store resource and select the option Active.
After creating or adapting your surveys’ forms to accord your Execution Guide, you should then define your strategy and monitor it.
