Opening a ticket in the Help Center allows you to register your request and track it until it is resolved.
1️⃣ Prerequisites
Before opening a ticket, make sure you:
Have a registered user account in the Help Center. If you don’t have one yet, see: How to create a user to send requests to the support team.
Are logged in to your account.
2️⃣ Open a ticket through the Help Center
Sign in to the Help Center.
Click “Contact us” (at the top of the page).
Fill out the form with clear information:
Subject: a brief summary of your request.
Description: explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and include any error message if applicable.
Attachments: add screenshots or files that help illustrate the issue.
Click Submit.
📩 After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can track the status in My activities → Requests.
