How to open a ticket step by step

Opening a ticket in the Help Center allows you to register your request and track it until it is resolved.


1️⃣ Prerequisites

Before opening a ticket, make sure you:

  • Have a registered user account in the Help Center. If you don’t have one yet, see: How to create a user to send requests to the support team.

  • Are logged in to your account.


2️⃣ Open a ticket through the Help Center

  1. Sign in to the Help Center.

  2. Click “Contact us” (at the top of the page).

  3. Fill out the form with clear information:

  • Subject: a brief summary of your request.

  • Description: explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and include any error message if applicable.

  • Attachments: add screenshots or files that help illustrate the issue.

  1. Click Submit.


📩 After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can track the status in My activities → Requests.
