Measurement is the fourth step in Onboarding. In it you will find the different features to track the performance of your field team and, mainly, how to extract more complete reports. One of them is OLAP, which allows the consolidation of data obtained in the field and cross-referencing of various information and indicators for your operation.
OPERATION MONITORING
Involves Stage has several features to monitor your team's field operation. In it you can control the punch clock, configure operation alerts, and visualize the team´s mood. In addition, with the Field team actions, you have a series of commands to run in the employees' app.
With the Status Day feature, you have detailed access to the data and graphs of the field employee's day-to-day activities. The page has an activity panel that is constantly updated, with statistics and graphs of the daily routine, in addition to generating consolidated reports for auditing your operations. In the statistic of the day feature, you can even track login, visit and itinerary data.
With the Operation monitoring feature you can keep track of the team's activities in a dashboard that shows details about each employee, such as internet connection status, region they belong to, access profile, battery level of the device, time of the first synchronization of the day, indication if they are at a point of sale, as well as the total number of visits and tasks, pending or completed.
VISITS PANEL
In the Visits panel feature, information about check-in and check-out times, absence justification and management reports are presented. In addition, you can check the number of photos taken, the total time the employee spent at the point of sale, justifications and delay time, etc.
With the page's search filters, you monitor the visits scheduled for a specific employee or point of sale. In addition, there is detailed information if the employee did not visit the point of sale, a comparison between the times recorded in the system and the scheduled check-in and check-out times and the list of tasks completed.
CHAT
The chat feature allows instant messaging between system users, both employees who use the Web platform and those who access the app on mobile devices. The system allows you to configure the groups that each user can talk to, exchange files and send mass messages.
OLAP
One of the main features of Involves Stage is the consolidation of the information collected by your employees in your field operation. With the OLAP report you view and cross-reference data from answered surveys. In the form of graphs that generate and cross-check various information, the reports offer a strategic overview of your company's operation. Once configured, they can also compose a list of indicators on your dashboard for display and tracking.
REPORTS
In addition to OLAP, Involves Stage offers several reports to track the performance of your retail execution operations. With them you ensure greater agility, track your goal more safely and make decisions based on real information that is always up to date.
The synchronization of data between the app and the Involves Stage Web system depends on whether the app is connected to the internet. If you are online, the data is synchronized every five minutes, which ensures that the information is updated in real time.
The main indicators of Involves Stage are right after you log in to the system, on the Dashboard. The initial panel allows various reports to be created and tracked based on survey data, in addition to offering 21 native indicators and numerous configurable ones.
