This Survey feature shows all the visits that the company has scheduled for your day. To check your itinerary, access Menu and then click on Itinerary.
The itinerary appears as a list, but you also have the option of viewing it on a map. To do this, click on the icon , located at the top of the screen.
As soon as you arrive at the location of your first visit, you must check in at the point of sale. To do so, click on the name of the POS. In some cases, it is necessary to photograph the store front to confirm your check-in, otherwise, you can simply confirm the action.
For check-ins that require a photo, the camera will open automatically and to take a photo click on the icon . Make sure that the image is good enough to identify the POS and then click on Accept.
After check-in, click on the name of the point of sale to be taken to the Activities screen. On the bottom bar, it informs you which POS you are at and gives two options: answer the tasks or report. Choose what you want to do and that's it! You can now start your activities.
Once the check-in is done, the point of sale will appear at the top of the Itinerary list with I am here! next to it To return to the activities that need to be carried out at this POS, simply click on the name of the point of sale.
After answering all the tasks for the point of sale, you must check out. To do so, click on Exit. If there are pending tasks, you will be alerted by the app and must submit a note. If not, just confirm the action.
In some cases, you also need to take a photo upon check-out. Just click on Photograph. If you take more than one minute to approve the image, you will have to take a new picture.
In addition to organizing your routine in the field, under Itinerary you will find the POS Details feature. To access it, click on the icon . On this details screen you will find the address, the location of the point of sale, and a host of other important information about the store before you even check in or include it in your itinerary.
