Tasks are the information that needs to be answered during the visit to the point of sale or itinerary defined by your company. They are defined according to the needs and reality of each store and region. If you want to report something that is not in the task list, you can use the Report feature.
In your task list, the POS you are registering the responses for is indicated and guidance as to which ones have already been answered and which ones are pending. Your company´s manager defines the tasks and the deadlines for answering them.
To access this feature, click on Tasks on the Menu or access the Activities screen if you have already checked into the POS. On the Activities screen, click on the icon .
On the tasks screen, you will see the list of task cards, as well as three tabs at the top of the screen to facilitate the visualization of tasks by category: pending, expiring today, answered.
To start filling in the answers, just click on the card of the corresponding task in the Pending tasks tab. On this screen, you will see indications of the deadline for sending the survey, if you have already started to answer the survey and if the task expires on the day.
In the tab of Answered Tasks you can view the answered surveys of the day, and they can be with the following tags:
- Tag Answered (blue): when a survey has been answered, but has not yet been synchronized with the Web. In this state, the card signals that the user needs to connect to the Internet in order to finish sending it.
- Tag Sent (green): when the survey has finished synchronizing, the tag changes to Sent, signaling the date and time that the survey was synchronized with the Web.
Once you have selected the task, you will find the list of products that are part of the survey, along with the number of questions about the product and how many have already been answered. If the form contains questions that are not about products, tap on the Other option. If you want to access the complete form, simply tap on Go to Survey.
When you click on a product name, you are taken exactly to where the questions about the product are in the form.
You can filter survey items from the search bar. After responding to the item, you can click the Back to Survey button, and you will be directed to the previous flow.
For questions that require a photo, click on the icon . The camera will open and after capturing the image, you can choose between accept and send or reject and take another photo. If you take longer than five seconds to accept the photo, you will need to take another one.
After saving a photo to a task, you can carry out two operations with it, just click on the icon to:
- Delete, removing the selected photo;
- Replace, to open the camera or gallery for you to modify the selected photo.
When you complete a task and realize that you need to exit without answering all the questions, you can click the back button or save to return to it later. To do this, click on the icon , at the top of the screen.
If you have answered all the questions, click on the Submit Survey button.
Done! Your survey was submitted and you can move on to the next one.
