For those times when you need to make a visit that is not on your itinerary, the Android App has a specific feature so you can change your itinerary.
In it you can search for the point of sale and easily include it in your current or future date itinerary, all you need is an internet connection. To access it, click on the Itinerary option on the Menu. Below the list of points of sale, click on the Change itinerary button.
On the Change Itinerary screen, you will see the list of points of sale already included in your itinerary. To add a new one, type the name or address of the POS in the search field. Wait for the result and select the POS you want to include in the itinerary and click on the Add POS button.
The feature also has a filter that organizes your search results. To access it, click the buttonand choose between viewing all results or just those you have already selected to include in the itinerary.
Before adding a new point of sale you can also view information about it by simply clicking on the icon to access the POS Details feature. Done! The points of sale were included in your itinerary.
CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO FILTERS
If your itinerary is of the customer portfolio type, extra information and filters are displayed on the screen. Next to the name of the point of sale, there is information about how many visits were made in relation to the visitation goal of the POS. By clicking on the button you can sort the results by alphabetical order or by highest or lowest visitation goal.
